I'm Mark Muñoz, an AI + Product Engineer based in Mexico City. For the past decade I've operated at the intersection of product strategy, engineering execution, and — for the last three years — applied AI as a first-class capability.

I've led the technical wedge for early-stage products, hired and managed engineering teams, and shipped systems where the differentiator wasn't the feature list but the underlying integration of AI with real product surface area. I work best when the brief is ambiguous and the timeline is short.

Outside of operator work I advise founders on the same problems: where the wedge actually lives, how to staff for it, and how to ship it before the window closes.
